Classic cars gather at Beach Rd. Lower Sandy Bay, Hobart in front of the Beach House Apartments. Anyone is welcome.
Join us for a visit to Pearns Steam World for a unique day out in Westbury.
Please note this is on MONDAY the 4th of November.
To assist with parking at the event, it is suggested that we initially meet at Western Tiers Distillery for coffee at 10.30am. We will proceed from there to Pearns. Please RSVP your intention to Gordon on 0414 903 791 in advance. Otherwise, just turn up on the day and take pot luck where you can park.
In 2025, we have a new meeting place for the southern Cat Chat monthly function:
Black Buffalo Hotel, 14 Federal Street, North Hobart.

First Monday of the Month.
We will have our own meeting room on the ground floor, to the left with bar and dining facilities in the same room. There is ample parking for members and a Monday special night for locals, senior meals as well as regular bar meals.
This regular run occurs on the first Wednesday of every month. Previous attendees are emailed each month with details of the upcoming run.

Monthly midweek lunch run for JCCT members
In our new format for the Lunch Run, we will assemble in the carpark at the NAMT in Launceston at around 11.00am for an 11.30am departure.
The new departure time will allow for a slightly longer run, and also help us avoid lunch-hour traffic.
The November run will be to the Mole Creek Hotel.
RSVPs are essential for catering purposes, and MUST be made by the Sunday before the event
to Gordon Barnard on 0414 903 791.
Dates: Second Thursday of each month

3rd Sunday of each month, 9am to noon. Richmond Arms Hotel Carpark

Display day on Westbury Village Green, followed by a fantastic meal at Country Club Tasmania in Launceston.

The annual Shannons Classic Car Charity Run is on again, and as usual is in support of the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
Please note this year’s event is in the new location of King Street Oval, 20-30 King Street, Campbell Town.
Please bring NON-PERISHABLE food items in lieu of toys.
To assist in being able to park together, please note the following meetup points:
Northern Members – If you would like a coffee before the event, meet up at the Rustic Bakehouse in Cressy from 9am onwards for a 9.45am departure to Campbelltown. We will assemble in Glenelg Street ready for a 10.15am departure to the venue at King Street Oval. (As shown in red on the map). Please RSVP to Gordon on 0414 903 791 before 12th. Dec.
Southern Members – If you would like a coffee before the event, please meet up at the Brighton Bakehouse at 8.45am or earlier for a 9.15am departure to Campbelltown.
